INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MIGRATION

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) was established in 1951 and is the leading organization working in the field of migration. IOM is part of the United Nations system as an affiliated organization. As the leading intergovernmental organization promoting humanitarian and regular migration, IOM plays a key role in supporting the achievements of the 2030 Agenda, both through humanitarian assistance and sustainable development.
